We went to every loan officer we could find and they all told us no and to just wait. Wane was the only one to help us and let us know what we needed to do to get a house. I first called Wane Workman after browsing previous testimonials on his Website so it`s only fitting that I add my experience to benefit others. “We were originally going with a different lender after being promised a “great discount” on our closing costs. As our home neared completion, our anticipation and excitement grew. But after 2 ½ months, I still hadn’t seen anything from our lender letting us know what our final closing costs and interest rate might be.
