Wane began his mortgage career in 2002.  Since then he has helped thousands of clients determine the home mortgage that best suits their financial needs.  Wane works closely with builders and real estate agents offering them, and their clients, the best possible service.

Wane is equipped with a strong financial background.  He attended the University of Utah where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.  Prior to mortgage lending, Wane has professional experience in the consumer credit and debt counseling industry, having helped his clients reduce consumer debt, manage their finances, and raise their credit scores.

Realizing that each client is unique in their financial and mortgage needs, Wane has the experience, honesty and reliability necessary to ensure a successful mortgage transaction. 

 I am blessed to have a beautiful family.  My wife Carissa is my biggest support in life, she is a registered nurse, but spends most of her time raising our two boys.  Max is 4, and Miller was born in April of 2009.  They keep us very busy, and very happy!  We love to do things as a family like camping, golfing and skiing.
